On Wednesday, April 24, the Project’s IAG member meeting, also open to the public, will convene, same time and place as above.Article 66 of the Fenway neighborhood zoning legislation forbids the creation of student dormitories on Boylston Street. Our FCA board unanimously supports these zoning standards developed by a multi-year consensus of residents, businesses, institutions, and city officials. The “no dormitory” provision was purposely inserted into our Fenway zoning to limit institutional expansion and preserve neighborhood quality of life. Our board strenuously objects to any stripping of that provision by the City and SCAPE. The Breakfast Club is a clean-up program led by Northeastern students on 16 Sundays during the academic year, beautifying the streets of Mission Hill and Fenway neighborhoods. So far this year: 329 students have volunteered and collected 57 bags of trash!Please join the effort in this end-of-season event! Sign-up here and we will contact you will more details about the day. The clean-up will be for two hours from 10:00 a.m. to noon, followed by a celebration at the Puddingstone Tavern with food and some honorary thank-you prizes for some well-deserving residents and students from noon to 1:30 p.m. Please join us after volunteering to eat, mingle, and get to know fellow neighbors!We kindly request that you sign-up for this wonderful annual spring clean-up event so we may plan for food. Due to the participation of the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII taking place on Sunday, February 3, temporary traffic and parking restrictions will be in effect to ensure safety and access on City of Boston streets. The following are planned restrictions. The Boston Police Department will implement additional restrictions as necessary.
The following planned street closures will be in effect from approximately 9 PM to 1 AM:
- Commonwealth Avenue, from the Boston University Bridge to Massachusetts Avenue, Both sides
- Brookline Avenue, from Beacon Street (Kenmore Square) to Pilgrim
Road, *Vehicles in garages/parking lots that have no other exit to another public

WHAT: On Sunday, February 3, 2019, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will implement ramp closures along Storrow Drive (inbound and outbound) at Charlesgate, The Fenway, Park Drive, and Boylston Street via Bowker Street and the Bowker Overpass in the City of Boston. Additionally, DCR will implement a ramp closure of Bowker Street from Charlesgate West at Commonwealth Avenue in the City of Boston. The closures will take affect at the direction of the Massachusetts State Police (MSP) leading up to the conclusion of Super Bowl LIII at approximately 8:00PM to 1:00AM. Traffic patterns will be clearly marked, and a police detail will be on site.Furthermore, DCR will implement parking restrictions along a portion of Boylston Street continuing onto Park Drive in the City of Boston between Charlesgate and Peterborough Street from 3:00PM to 3:00AM. Signage will be clearly posted alerting drivers of the temporary parking restriction.
