Rose Garden Picnic a Success!

Thank you to all who came out to the Rose Garden Picnic. We had a beautiful evening of music, flowers, food, and friends. A special thanks to the Dave Ehle Guitar Trio, Sweet Cheeks BBQ, Star Market Fenway, the Red Sox, and our partners Boston Parks and Recreation and Samuels & Associates for helping to make it such a wonderful event.
Tonight’s Rose Garden Picnic Postponed Until Tomorrow

Due to the inclement weather this evening, the Annual Rose Garden Picnic will be held on tomorrow’s RAIN DATE instead.
The Picnic will be held Thursday, June 9th, from 6 – 8 pm, at the Kelleher Rose Garden (across from 85 Park Drive).

Wednesday, June 8th (rain date June 9th) we will be hosting our annual Rose Garden Picnic. Please bring a picnic dinner and join us in front of the Kelleher Rose Garden in the Back Bay Fens to listen to live music, enjoy some refreshments, and explore the Rose Garden in full bloom. More details to follow!
Wednesday, July 13th (ran date July 18th) we, along with Berklee College of Music and City of Boston Parks and Recreation will be hosting the annual Swingin’ in the Fens Concert at Ramler Park, featuring the Jazz stylings of the Lisa Thorson Quintet.

Dear Members, Birders, and Friends:
Please join us on Saturday, May 7th for our annual spring “Birds of the Back Bay Fens” birdwalk! We will meet at 7:00 a.m., rain or shine at the Peace Bell, located behind the Kelleher Rose Garden across from the Museum of Fine Arts footbridge, for a morning of birding, led by naturalist Stephen Baird of the Friends of Jamaica Pond. Bring your binoculars and a friend! This walk is open to everyone.
Symphony Park Artwork Fully Funded!

Thanks to grant support from the BRA Fenway Demonstration Project Funds and generous help from the Edward Ingersoll Browne Fund, Jacob Kulin’s musically-themed artwork for Symphony Park will be completed for installation this spring. Stay tuned for details! We are grateful to the immense support received from community members and businesses in supporting this project.
Our annual meeting is coming up in just a few weeks!
