Dear Members:
As with our previous meetings over the years, we will provide updates on our events and operations, and offer you the chance to ask questions and provide any feedback and suggestions that you have. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m, with the meeting running from 6:30 p.m – 7:30 p.m.

Since 1975, Northeastern University has partnered with Fenway Civic to provide free plants and flowers to members each spring.Saturday’s flower share will be held at the St. Ann’s Church/Fenway Center parking lot located at 77 St. Stephen Street (corner of Gainsborough Street). We look forward to seeing you there!
The Neighborhood Improvement Committee (NIC) is facilitated by Berklee College of Music and Fenway residents, and works to improve the neighborhood, focused on areas of shared concern including safety and the public realm. Please join the NIC for this public meeting and bring your ideas!

Important Meeting: DORMITORY PROPOSAL

On Wednesday, April 24, the Project’s IAG member meeting, also open to the public, will convene, same time and place as above.Article 66 of the Fenway neighborhood zoning legislation forbids the creation of student dormitories on Boylston Street. Our FCA board unanimously supports these zoning standards developed by a multi-year consensus of residents, businesses, institutions, and city officials. The “no dormitory” provision was purposely inserted into our Fenway zoning to limit institutional expansion and preserve neighborhood quality of life. Our board strenuously objects to any stripping of that provision by the City and SCAPE. We encourage residents to read this proposal and participate in the public process for this project.You may read the project description and send your comments by visiting:
