Tuesday Sept 13, 6-8pm – 1400 Boylston St CAC meeting onlineThe BPDA is hosting a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) for the proposed 1400 Boylston Street (Star Market) project, located in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form and its potential impacts. 2. Wednesday Sept. 14, 3:30 p.m. – Fenway Cares Food Distribution
CAN YOU HELP? WE NEED VOLUNTEERS THIS WEEK. Need food? Fenway Cares will be distributing fresh produce, grains, and more at Fenway Community Center and Symphony Community Park. 3. Thursday, Sept. 15, 10-11am – Chair Yoga – Symphony Park 39 Edgerly Road
Chair Yoga https://www.boston.gov/calendar/parks-summer-fitness-chair-yoga Participate in FREE fitness classes offered by a certified instructor. Offered in partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. 6. Boston Cultural Council is now accepting grant applications through October 17,2022.
The Boston Cultural Council awards grants to local nonprofits with budgets under $2million that offer arts and cultural programming in Boston. Max grant allotment is $5,000. For guidelines and further details:boston.gov/arts-grants.
