1. Tuesday, October 26th 6 p.m. Northeastern IMP Task Force Meeting
The BPDA is hosting a virtual Task Force meeting for the Northeastern IMP located in Roxbury. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss campus updates and future plans for the 840 Columbus Avenue Project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments.

2. 10/28 Webinar – Emerald Ash Borer
The Emerald Ash Borer has been detected in Boston and it serves as a threat to 1,817 street ash trees. The City of Boston is working to:
- Identify and remove the most infested ash trees
- Inoculate and protect healthy ash trees
- Expand the number of trees and biodiversity through the Urban Forest Plan
Join the Parks Department for a webinar to cover the problem, how the City is addressing it, and what you can do to help!

3. 10/23-10/29/21 Early Voting:
Early voting for the municipal election started 10/23 and runs through 10/29. For more information about how to vote, visit: https://www.boston.gov/departments/elections/early-voting-boston
4.Wednesday, October 27th Fenway Cares AND COVID Vaccine Clinic
Need food or know someone who does? Fenway Cares will be distributing free produce at its Fenway Community Center and Symphony Park sites from 3:30 p.m. while supplies last

In addition a COVID Vaccine clinic will be offered at Symphony Park, 39 Edgerly Road, 02115 on Wednesday, October 27th from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Both initial vaccines AND boosters to qualifying individuals will be provided. You should bring proof of vaccination to receive your booster.
