Please see the following two announcements regarding weekend service between Kenmore and Reservoir station and evening shuttle service on January 9th and 10th. 1) Fenway Portal Project – MBTA Green Line D Weekend Bus Shuttles between Reservoir and Kenmore in January – March

The MBTA is scheduled to replace Green Line D service with bus shuttles between Reservoir and Kenmore on the following weekends:

  • January 5 & 6
  • January 12 & 13
  • January 19 & 20
  • January 26 & 27
  • February 2
  • February 9 & 10
  • February 16 & 17
  • February 23 & 24
  • March 2 & 3
  • March 9 & 10
  • March 23 & 24

The weekend work will take place along the Green Line D Branch in the vicinity of Fenway Station between 2:00 AM Saturday and 5:00 AM Monday morning. These diversions are required for flood construction activities related to the Fenway Portal Project. Customers should anticipate adding 15 minutes to their normal trip during this time.

Dear Members:

Get ready! The City’s plastic bag ordinance goes into effect on December 14th, 2018. Upon its passage, retailers will provide plastic bags at checkout, and will be required to sell them for no less than .05 cents. Bags must be reusable, recyclable, or paper. Some exemptions will be provided to select retailers.

DCR Traffic Advisory: Fenway in Boston

WHAT: The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will continue implementing various lane closures along Fenway in the City of Boston (inbound/outbound) between Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street from 7:00AM to 3:00PM through Friday, November 16, 2018, to accommodate sidewalk improvement work. Traffic patterns will be clearly marked and a police detail will be on site.
