Description: The Proposed Project is an approximately 184-room hotel with a ground-floor restaurant. The site of the Proposed Project is 21,050 square feet and includes an existing Shell gas station. The Proposed Project will include approximately 105,000 square feet of building area and will be eight (8) stories with a maximum height of ninety (90) feet. There will be approximately 82 parking spaces in one below-grade level.
Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

DCR Pedestrian Advisory: Park Drive in Boston
WHAT: Through the month of May 2018, and into June 2018, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will commence sidewalk improvement work along Park Drive (the residential side) in the City of Boston between approximately Peterborough Street and Brookline Avenue from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. A detour route will be clearly marked and a police detail will be on site.

Red Sox Community Meeting

Tues., May 22. All are welcome at our next semi-annual neighborhood community meeting on Tues., May 22 in the Champions Club at Fenway Park – entrance on Ipswich Street near Gate B. Please note that this is a different meeting room from our past couple of neighborhood community meetings.
We will provide updates on various Fenway Park items, including plans for this summer’s concerts, and look forward to hearing your questions and feedback. Berklee College of Music East Fenway Love Your Block Cleanup

Calling Fenway Volunteers!
Berklee College of Music will be hosting an East Fenway Love Your Block cleanup on Friday May 4 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Volunteers will meet outside of 7 Haviland Street and form teams to clean and beautify the neighborhood. Activities will include weeding, mulching, trash removal, and more.
We hope you join us to beautify your neighborhood with students and neighbors! If you have any questions, feel free to contact Abria Smith, Associate Director of Community Engagement at Berklee at asmith@berklee.edu.
Birds of the Back Bay Fens

Please join Fenway Civic Association on Sunday, May 6th for our annual spring “Birds of the Back Bay Fens” birdwalk!
We will meet at 7:30 a.m., rain or shine at the Peace Bell, located behind the Kelleher Rose Garden across from the Museum of Fine Arts footbridge, for a morning of birding, led by naturalist Stephen Baird of the Friends of Jamaica Pond.
Bring your binoculars and a friend! This walk is open to everyone, and will take place rain or shine.
