THE WEEK AHEAD
Saturday, August 2, 3 pm – 8 pm, The Junkyard Market Jamboree at New Edgerly Plaza –The market features local vendors offering art, vintage clothing, handmade jewelry, and more, alongside a live funk and jazz jam session showcasing talented local musicians. A special line dancing session at 6 p.m. will be provided by the Boston Rhythm Riders, supported by a grant from Age Strong Boston. Weather permitting, the market is Saturday Aug 2nd (rain date August 3rd). Thanks to Berklee College of Music, the Boston Streets Cabinet, Age Strong Boston, Boston Rhythm Riders, and Junkyard LLC for helping make this event possible.

Fenway Cares Food Distribution at 2 locations:
West Fenway – Fenway Community Center, 1282 Boylston (enter-Jersey)

Volunteers are welcome to sign up for all dates and both locations!
The MGH/MBG Community Care Health Clinic will now rotate locations between the West Fenway and East Fenway locations from 1-5 p.m. on Fenway Cares dates. Upcoming schedule: Fenway Community Center on 8/13 and Morville House, 100 Norway Street on 8/27. Offerings may include blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
Thursdays, 10 – 11 am, Chair Yoga with Michelle, through Aug 28, Symphony Park, 39 Edgerly Road. Join Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series for energizing chair yoga, taught by Michelle Coleman. This class prioritizes breathing, feeling, and dropping into the body and is designed for those who do not want to practice on the floor. Fenway Park Concerts Neighborhood Committee post-concert survey
The concerts at Fenway Park impact the neighborhood. To track and document feedback, the online FPCNC SURVEY collects your comments after each concert. The areas of concern are, traffic, noise levels, park impacts, trash management, etc. Reports are meant to inform the City and the Red Sox of any issues. These surveys can be of great help if submitted per event.
