Dear Members and Friends:
March is Women’s History Month!
What began as a week’s celebration, extended to a month in 1987. This year’s theme for Women’s History Month is “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations.” Meet Boston has listed an array of events around Boston here: Women’s History Month Events | 2025, including gatherings, lectures, art events, historic walks & talks, and celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8th. International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
