SPECIAL ELECTION – Tuesday, September 12th:
for Boston City Council. The purpose of this preliminary election is to choose which two top candidates per district will be in the general municipal election on Nov. 7.
• Fenway voters living in Ward 4 Precincts 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, or 11, are now in City Council District 7 (street map in link) and have a preliminary election on Tuesday, September 12.
• If you are not sure what precinct or district you are in, check here: www.wheredoivotema.com for your current City Council district because both the precincts and the Districts have changed since the last election.

Fenway Transportation Action Plan – Click here for info The Plan will identify and prepare redesign concepts for Kenmore Square, Brookline Avenue, and Van Ness Street / Ipswich Street. UPCOMING
Sunday, Sept 17, 1-3 p.m., Carlton Street Footbridge – Official re-opening celebration. Restoration of this 1894 footbridge connecting Brookline’s Longwood neighborhood with Riverway Park in Olmsted’s Emerald Necklace was completed on August 11. Come celebrate the reopening with the community!

Monday, October 9 – Fenway Alliance’s flagship festival Opening Our Doors – a celebration of the Fenway Cultural District –
