Symphony Park – Community Process Wraps Up

November 7, 2010 by fenwaycivic

Our thanks to the dozens of residents who participated in the community design process for Symphony Park.   Over the past year, the Fenway community came together over a series of meetings to contribute their vision and ideas for the re-design of Symphony Park.   Facilitated by a grant from the Community Outreach Group for Landscape Design,  the design talents of the folks at Carol R. Johnson and Associates, and meeting space from park supporters at Morville House, we developed a community supported plan, which we can now work into a detailed design and take before the appropriate boards for permits and approvals.    Stay tuned to our Symphony Park page for updates on next steps and ways you can continue to support this effort!

The team presents the community design at the final meeting on November 3, 2010

Dozens of residents turned out to offer their suggestions and support for the project
