Fenway Holiday Tree Lighting

Our thanks to all of you who turned out for the annual holiday tree lighting. It was a lovely event! In attendance were our neighbors young and old, City Council President Mike Ross, and even Santa himself! We sang carols, enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate, and watched the tree light up. Happy Holidays to all!

Fenway Civic Association Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting was a great success! Attendees met our newest board member, Matthew Brooks, and heard what we have in store for the coming year.
We listened to the exciting presentation of Sajed Kamal of Solar Fenway, who encouraged us to “think globally and act locally”. We watched a global visual tour of implementations of renewable energy technologies and found out what the Fenway is doing and can do to save energy.
Our thanks to sponsoring institutions for making this meeting possible, including Northeastern University, and the Fenway restaurants Basho, Burton’s, Citizen, Upper Crust, and Tasty Burger!
