New trees coming to Boylston Street!

August 31, 2010 by fenwaycivic

Good news! This summer the Fenway Civic Association contacted the Fenway Shaws Supermarket to inquire about the possibility of planting new trees to replace the dead ones on Boylston Street. We were pleased with Shaws’ response – new trees will be planted in spring 2011. The Fenway Civic Association also encouraged the supermarket to beautify the tree beds with some flowers.

Here are the existing conditions along Boylston Street. Keep your eyes open for the beautification this spring!
